II. Scope and purpose of data processing

 

As a matter of principle, we only process your personal data to the extent necessary to ensure the operation and performance of our website and to be able to fulfill the offers of our website. For example, we process personal data when you send us an enquiry via the contact form integrated into the website.

 

III. Legal basis for data processing

 

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data may be, on the one hand, your consent to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent given to us at any time. However, your revocation has no effect on the processing of your personal data that has taken place up to the time of the revocation.

V. Duration of processing

  1. Right to information, Art. 15 DSGVO

 

According to Art. 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed. If this is the case, you can request information about this personal data and further information such as the purposes of processing or the categories of personal data that are processed.

 

  1. Right to rectification, Art. 16 DSGVO

 

Pursuant to Art. 16 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand that we correct any inaccurate personal data relating to you without delay.

 

  1. Right to deletion, Art. 17 DSGVO

  

Pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that we delete personal data concerning you without delay, provided that is one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 (1) DSGVO applies. Exceptionally, this does not apply if the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

 

  1. Right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 DSGVO

 

 Pursuant to Art. 18 (1) DSGVO, you have the right to demand that we restrict processing if

 

- you dispute the accuracy of the personal data for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,

- the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the personal data,

- we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or

- you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, as long as it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate reasons outweigh yours.

 

  1. Right to data portability, Art. 20 DSGVO

 

Pursuant to Art. 20 (1) DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format and the right to request the transfer of this data to another controller, provided that

  

  • the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and
  • the processing is carried out with the aid of automated procedures

  

VII. Right of complaint

  

Irrespective of the aforementioned rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority at any time.
